GIUFFRIDA NEW BROKER AT FRIAS PROPERTIES OF ASPEN

Frias Properties of Aspen is proud to announce the addition of Chris Giuffrida to the company's broker team. Giuffrida joins Frias after working for Chaffin Light Real Estate for three years, and Mason & Morse for four years before that. He became a full-time valley resident in April 2001.

According to Frias managing partner Chuck Frias, Giuffrida is a welcome addition to the company's broker roster, which now numbers 10.

"Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to the company," Frias said. "His past sales record, skills and experience in the Roaring Fork Valley speak for itself."

Originally a native of Philadelphia, Giuffrida graduated from La Salle College High School in 1986 and went on to receive his B.A. from Villanova University in 1990. From there, his real estate career began.

"My involvement in real estate can be traced back to 1991, when I was licensed to sell real estate in Pennsylvania," Giuffrida said. "From that point on, I've been passionate about the world of real estate."

Giuffrida said he's developed the same passion for the Roaring Fork Valley.

"I love Aspen and the Colorado Rocky Mountains – my first experience here was a skiing vacation with my family in the winter of 1982 – from that point on, I never stopped dreaming of the next time I'd return!"

Giuffrida earned his Colorado real estate broker's license in 2004 and immediately began playing an active role in the Aspen community.
