Chuck Frias moved to Aspen in 1974 from Dartmouth, Mass. Chuck and his wife Marilyn raised two college age children in Aspen. Chuck is very active in all facets of Aspen real estate brokerage, management and development. As a principle he has been involved in the purchase, design and sales of numerous luxury Aspen properties. He currently serves on the Aspen Valley Hospital Board as Treasurer, The MAA Community Board and Aspen School District Finance Advisory Board.
He has served in the past on The Boards of the Aspen Chamber Resort Association; Meadowood Homeowners, President; Aspen Music Associates; Aspen Jr. Hockey, Secretary; Aspen Lodging Association, President; Aspen Child Care Advisory Committee, Chair; Villas of Aspen Homeowners, President; Trout Unlimited.
